In our view, we believe an acquisition using treasury shares is more likely than a privatization exercise by Mr Yao HT (given Mr Yao&rsquo s ambition to emulate the success of competitors such as Jabil Green Point and Hon Hai) and if the expected deal were to disappoint market expectations down-side risks could be big given the big run-up in share price.
