I recalled we exchanged some thoughts and commentary on this counter previously. While I always believe in giving certain companies a chance to turnaround, the share price and financial performance of this counter have proven me wrong. There is also a recent lawsuit filed against the company.

if anyone has taken any notice, they have consistently been changing their investor relations contact. not sure what value-add these press releases do as none of the recent developments are material nor have positive financial impact. the only impact I' ve noticed is their continued legal saga and the downward slide in share price with no end in sight. | ||||

regarding the lawsuit, previous the court have already ruled to declout' s winning. Declout Q3 result seems pretty bad, combining with previous 2 quarter result, unless Q4 have a big break through, else FY2017 is pretty much a guranteed negative income year. Think can continue to go down further more. |
