x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The past years STE gave out 11 to 12 ct in each April, and arnd 4 ct in Aug. The CEO said business outlook is stable, and with low debt and strong orderbook, our army contractor shd be quite defensive. Especially no exposure to China and oil.   :)

May be in anticipation of war spreading in middle east, which looks more and more likely. ST Eng dont only make and sell tanks, firearms to our own army, it has plants in US to make weapons.

One moment, the buy queue at $3  was 99 (and sell queue  was less than 50), the next moment, it swaps .... the buy queue  of $3  was 20, and sell queue at $3.01 was 99.  It keeps swapping.
