Keppel DC REIT priced $90 mil floating rate notes due 2026
The manager of Keppel DC REIT (KDCREIT) AJBU 0.54% has priced $90 million of floating rate notes due 2026.
The notes will be issued by DBS bank under KDCREIT MTN&rsquo s $2 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme.
The net proceeds from the issue of notes will be used towards the financing or refinancing acquisitions, investments, general working capital purposes and borrowings of KDCREIT, as well as for on-lending.
The notes will be issued at an issue price of 100.0% of the principal amount in denominations of $250,000 and bear interest at a floating rate based on the compounded daily Singapore Overnight Rate Average (SORA) plus an agreed spread, payable quarterly in arrears.
The notes are expected to be issued on Dec 8 and will mature on 3 Dec 2026.

Interesting and very emotional for current market conditions. This stock can be in the bucket list, yet need to observe a bit longer before step in. Let the spring be compressed more before it expands again. US will not hold for long on the high interest before it hurts its own. Chinese developer Country Garden Holdings has been deemed in default on a U.S. dollar bond for the first time, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday, citing a notice. Country Garden's failure to pay interest on the note within a grace period that ended last week "constitutes an event of default", Bloomberg reported citing the notice to holders from a trustee. Country Garden did not immediately reply to a query by Reuters on Wednesday. A grace period ended last Wednesday as Country Garden was due to settle a $15 million coupon payment on a bond due in September 2025, but two bondholders told Reuters they did not receive the money as that deadline expired. I I think with the current interest rate environment and the poor state of economy, I will cut loss and sell everything first. because I think the price will drop more. I lost 50% of my money during China evergrande crisis.
