This about minor retail buyer against giant ocbc..
Reflects the sad state of corporate governance & lax regulatory here.. extension after extension to GE favours the giant while ignoring small retail players despite the unfair unvalued offer. Dyodd but can happen to anyone of us small players here.. |

Very unlikely to happen . OCBC tried so hard to take GE private in the past , now almost there at 93% ( they need around 98% if I remembered correctly ) and I dont think they will just give out the GE shares for free to shareholders . Anyway GE' s time extension by SGX to comply with free float rule will be due in Jan 2025 . Let see what happens next .
