x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Unlikely to go beyond 12.8cts judging from yesterday and current market mood.   This QTV can put back inside freezer until Q2 results out.   Not expecting any major movement unless BB come in and play. However, given such bearish sentiment on the global stock market due to China stock market crashing, it might be better to punt on those dark horses like CEFC or Chinese Global. BUT please bear in mind that you have to put very strict stop loss for these two stocks as they are pushed up by BBs which have an intention of trapping retail investors. If u dare to take risk, try to buy and sell within the same day to make intra-day profits on Chinese Global and CEFC. Don' t hold for too long as they are risky stocks with weak fundamentals. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Indeed, but it seems like no one really wants to hold above 12.8cts because retailers will be rewarding those new investors with every pip above 12.8cts.   Already kanna punished by the market because of lousy mgmt over-confident statements still have to reward those new investors and take on more risk? Really the coming Q2 results is an important event for QTV to showcase their growth story.   Modest growth will not be good enough to instill confidence. I would say, flat sale is bad,  20% growth neutral (only good enough to show they have a chance but still below target) and 50% growth in sale good. Edb probably says they cannot commit further funds as their objective is to help incubate and not an investment house. Johnson & Johnson already sold their cordis distribution arm to Cardinal health. So that's why they turn to other white knights.. No deal can be too good to be true. Maybe they need to buy another 13mln in the market. We never know. So shorts better think twice.

Anyway let assume the price drop from 18.2cts to 11.6cts was due to: - lost state law claim - cancellation of funding so perhap Monday QTV might recovers on the second bit but please think through this carefully.   If it does raise it is in anticipation of the funding agreement being signed which has not happened yet.   These new investors might wait till Sept Patent Cliam lawsuit outcome to decide on signing on the dotted line like the previous case.   Even if they do signed before that, there is a clause which allows them to back out. If Sept Patent lawsuit, QTV lose lawsuit again, then price will definitely drop.   Maybe in the same fashion as previous, drop on the two points above.   QTV may be 8cts be then.   Ok this is a hypothetical case but mgmt track record, I no confidence. I am no here to instill fear (but I sure think I have, ha!).   Just be aware of these events and invest according to your risk appetite. Sure, this is no a bad news but is a cold comfort to long suffering retailer investors. The one thing that I does rant about it is that they did not manage to do share placement.   At least if QTV cocks up, price tank, new investors in the same boat as retailers.   But obviously, they don' t want to.   They want to be in solid ship while ensuring that retailer use continue to use sampans.   Damn.     Sunstar      ( Date: 25-Jul-2015 17:12) Posted: A forum gives each and everyone a space to air their opinion. Vultures are circling them to buy them on the cheap if company is starved of funding.. Qt is simply fighting back. It's raw assumption that the investors will dump on the market. There could be pre arranged agreement to sell it as a block to funds when the company turns around. As I said, these investors took risk to give qt money. Shareholders should rejoice white knights came in to save. This cash injection should last them 2 years to fight back on the appeal case and for potential buyers to work due diligence for take over.
