x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Courts current share price is near the holding cost of its major shareholder SRG which is 44cts.   I suppose if its gets lower than 44cts, SRG will need to book accounting loss.   SRG might want Courts mgmt to do something about it. Courts recent volume is so low that coy share buy-back can push up the price quite easily.   Well why not sit back and let Courts share buy-back do the job for retail investors. My two-cents.

So next time.. u may wanna watch the stock till near closing just to be sure. False breakdown: BB may purposely make the stock has break the support(0.44).. because they know..most ppl will cut loss below 0.44. This is a typical stunt by BB before they push up a stock. Idea is flush out weak players because BB don' t want them to enjoy the ride up. When BB pushed up the price.... many players who were previously flushed out will definitely feel very angry... and many will give chase (buy high). That is what the BB need... they need players to buy at high price... so that they can unload to retail players more easily. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	There was a false breakdown on 16th Oct' 14 to 0.43. I guess to flush out the weak players. Recovered to 0.445 at closing. Stock rose to 0.455 at 17-Oct' 14 closing.  There may be some short term bullishness here... Can consider buying some if monday hit 0.46.

Previously I only saw 2Q2014 buybacks and it is around 1.7mil but after tracing back to 2013, they really did buy back at a higher price and it was 2.7 mil at that point in time.    I tried going back to 2013 peak when it closed at 1.145 and it was around PE 14.5 of their   FY2013 earnings. Currently they are trading at rolling PE 9.46 and I think the negativity has been priced in and it is in oversold region. If i were to take Q12014 results which declined 27.9% (Q to Q) and assume the rest of the year to be just as bad, then FY2015 earnings will be $0.0368. As retail sector PE is usually around 14 - 18, target price of $0.5 will only be PE 13.58 which will be reasonable as we havent include any positive surprises or catalysts. But then again, there are better counters to look at if one havent vested yet. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Bro, from what I' ve checked, buy backs started around 21 Oct 13, slightly before the release of CA s 2Q13 results.  The share slide started after the 1Q13 results.  From Oct 13 to now, there have been many buy backs, price ranging from 80c+ to current price level.  The CEO purchased 2 mil+ from late Nov to Dec 13.  I' ve not done further checks on whether he bought more after that.  But I seem to recall he took a loan too to finance his purchases.  Tried to look up details to refresh my memory, but don' t seem to remember where I' d seen it. End year period buying mood plus novelty should support the new stores. Key risk will be possible social unrest when jokowi take office this 20th but the probability is low for now.  Company' s decent cash position should support oversold positions with share buy back.
