Hohoho who say Marjohn is not here!!! Marjohn 2 is here!!! And I am Ma De John !!!! Noble will be alright!!! Yesterday night, my secretary kept shouting Noble Noble in her dreams when I slept beside her. I was awoke and shocked she shout Noble!!! Hahaha. The last time she shouted Rex Rex, then what happened??? Rex went up from 4c to 12c in a week!!!! Hahahahaha.... Whahahahaha Prepare for Noble' s rocket starting from the start of 2019. All you vested, don' t worry so much Noble was a fortune 500 company, STI index stock and a global trading conglomerate, only behind Glencore... Happy trading folks!!! Everyone knows that when one buys a property at $1Mil, the value of that property can go fr $1 Mil to $1.5 Mil to $800 K depending on whether it is boom time or recession. If u want a loan when the bank values it at $800 K n you sell n 1 yr later...boom time, u find that u could hv sold for $1.5 Mil...u will be very unhappy. so, a company that has assets that is in the ground n has to be mined n sold will be subjected to such valuation with the commodity cycle. Access to funds is crucial for hedging. When the company is appraised at the wrong time it will be a cheap company whereas at boom time it will be a highly valued one. So, an interpretation of what is going on will require access to the detailed transaction during that particular commodity price cycle. To say a company has cheated/ inflated with intent to deceive will need to be backed by proof of having carried out comprehensive analysis of raw data of transacted invoices/ receipts. IB memtioned he deduced fr Nobles published data n NOT while he was with Noble. For the SG authorities' conclusion, i can only say that the investors think they can revive the New Noble with the restructuring. Let us hope that the UK judicial administrator can do a good job for the shareholders of Noble as well n not just for the creditors. |

There were dozens and dozens of supporters and distractions then, especially if you go back to the time when Noble was traded at 50 to 70 cents (before consolidation) and Noble was then spending tens of millions a day buying up Noble shares.
But the end game are majority loss most if not all capital in Noble

" Looks like it is more of a different of view rather than out-right cheating. |

From memory, One named Joyeee was fighting with one named MaJohn not too long ago. Majohn was bullish and chided Joyeee for running down Noble. For reason unknown, both suddenly disappeared from this forum. The verdict is now out. Hope Majohn still has some pocket money to sip Kopi with his petite secretary. |

Noble should not hv taken IB to court for writing the reports as an analyst. It is difficult to prove what IB intentions were unless one can read / expose his mind in writing / alphabet format 😂 Noble should hv hired a good investigator to follow any money trial that may lead to IB eventually. It is only then with such proof can they take him to court n hv a successful court case against him. It is losing in court to IB that people took courage to attack Noble n ignore the capabilies of the new investors in assessing New Noble' s potential. I believe that companies can be revived when market conditions change. |

Noble Group Plans &lsquo Alternative&rsquo Restructuring After Listing Blow 1h ago (Bloomberg) -- Embattled commodity trader Noble Group Ltd. said that it intends to push through its complex debt-for-equity restructuring by an alternative process, signaling that it is likely to file for insolvency. The company may implement the restructuring through a court-appointed officer, the trader said in a statement on Friday after Singaporean regulators blocked a key element of the plan. The statement didn&rsquo t give further details. Key Insights The move -- should it end in administration -- is a significant setback for the company&rsquo s creditors, including hedge funds Taconic Capital Advisors, Varde Partners and Owl Creek Asset Management, as well as Deutsche Bank AG and ING Groep NV. The company was considering what&rsquo s known as a &ldquo pre-pack&rdquo administration, a procedure that allows for a restructuring in court through a pre-agreed plan with creditors, a person familiar with the plan said, commenting before Friday&rsquo s statement. A move into administration would likely wipe out existing shareholders, and may see perpetual bondholders receive nothing. It may also trigger clauses allowing some counterparties to walk away from contracts, making it harder for Noble to stay in business. It would also be a major blow for Chairman Paul Brough, who&rsquo s said he wanted avoid getting embroiled in another bankruptcy after earlier working on Lehman Brothers. I appreciate n understand many of us lost big ( me included) ...even before the rights issue / the long noble story. But this round the MANAGEMENT ( yes this group of crooks ) hv inflated the books came up w a 1 10 or 2 ( whatever ) New NOBLE> poor shareholders have NO CHOICE to take it or nothing....BUT what about the innocent public who decide to buy in the new noble ?? Thiking they have a clean now life now......another charter ? The mgt are to benefit for nothign 20% shares....wo doing any good to Noble ? Or even grow its business ....YET THEY ARE STILL DRAWING FAT PAY ......maybe it good they shld be terminated . Anyway this is a sad story for all.

Goldilocks mentioned on TV the reasons for investing in Noble. These professionals ( Taconic etc) hv seen the detailed financial raw data n still think with their backing New Noble can make a turn around in the current market condition. They are not there to support New Noble so as to cheat investors. The SG authorities conclude there is POTENTIAL downside while the professionals who know how commodities trading companies work say there is an upside ( backing with their $), I would rather have new Noble listed for that chance than to end up with nothing. | ||||

But this morning it issued an announcement saying that it will try to preserve holder's value by finding an alternative plan.
However, looking at its huge debts vs what it has left with, don't think anything positive can come out of it. The secured creditors can probably get crawl back something from it
