x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I wouldn' t quite understand the Chairman' s motive to privatise the company at this point - succession plan has always been a market concern and if anything he would be better off selling the company. With current share price and broad market sentiment, not sure if that would fetch as good a valuation as earlier this year (then that brings the debate of whether the owner would sell). x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	quite a volatile stock but the sector has been very much been so this year. not sure if the privatisation would come true but the Chairman did buy out Molex' s shares at about 98c though he also paid himself a handsome dividend after.

NAV is around $0.66.  Given the fact its customers and competitors are all not doing well, how can this company outperform? The only explanation is the hope of privatisation. Why he want to hold so many shares ? I think he will   sell off eventually.
