Notice 1 guy did try to gain back what he/she lost on the same stocks...that eventually will get hurt bad in my experience. At least that's what he/she said... x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	Without EPF selling this time it is unlikely to retrace much. Given prepandemic EPS was already SGD12c in 2019, we can expect similar if not more. EPS for 2H2021 had already fallen back to SGD8c (this is with bottomed HC glove ASP since middle of last year and close to what it was earning prepandemic. Conservatively if you take full year EPS for 2022 postpandemic and a PE of 10x, $1.20+ is quite a reasonable price and valuation. Going forward RS will be ramping up from 10b to 12b+ gloves over next 2 years, so forward PE would likely end up at least around 14 to 15c which will give it a valuation of around 1.40-1.50. History normally repeats itself. Next pandemic by global scale probably 100 years later. So Ppe stocks should be back to where they were but may be worse off because now more suppliers than before. RS should be the strongest amongst all with its clean room but Top Glove will be the first to burn due to its over capacity. The bigger the problem. My point of view it is not so easy to convert n getting trust from customer. A poor manufactured g cleanroom gloves will gives more problem to the customer. So conclusion, if one of the largest glove manufacturer like top glove never convert and see their profit reduce significantly, u know its not so easy...
