x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Agree with you.  When we said that SATs price will be badly affected, some forumners here took offene as they were touted how good the acquisition will be and predicted that price will go to $4+..  But they failed to see that besides the announcement of acquisition, nothing was said abt how to finc=ance the acquistion    FATABA      ( Date: 13-Oct-2022 10:53) Posted: I have say immediately after the deal annoucement that this is going to affect SATS share price badly ....as long as they CANNOT confirm the right price and the ratio . ( yes long term the deal MIGHT be good. but ......)  Also DO NOT take the 2.79 assume right as a floor . it is a moving goal post as management CANNOT confirm on the loan it is taking/the right it is going to issue.  Really bad for retail now  DYODD ..
