First cruel fact, need to chop many (not so useful, from entry levels to the top managements) ppls. No trust on SGX & many... Seen again & again..how SGX makes small fishes lost $$$$. Example: For stocks like OSIM, Keppel Land, etc....unfair....we do not want to sell, they force us to sell at " low" price. At the same time, we can also see many others try to snatch these cakes. " young chaps really capable" ...." REAlly capable" not easy to find.
