To me, this disclaimer is to protect themselves from law suit. But many retailers choose to listen to them despite they make this disclaimer. If everyone can make fake news and get himself protected by disclaimer, we no need to have a new legislation to purnish those who made fake news.

I think for sure company may initiate take into private if the price is at their attractive level. The shortist can wait and its the shareholders in pain. They will wait for company bankruptcy. I am disappointed that the directors no share buyback. What does this shows? Today unusual may also be the director force sales.
