The bond is secured with, inter alia, a pledge over Rex International Investments Pte. Ltd.?s shareholding interests in Lime Petroleum, security with first priority over interests in future hydrocarbon assets which Lime Petroleum and/or its subsidiaries may acquire in future, tax balances held by Lime Petroleum today and deferred tax assets related to the Brage Field upon completion of the Acquisition. Lime Petroleum?s deferred tax assets and tax refund receivables will total NOK 644 million (approximately US$77 million) as at 1 January 2021 (?Tax Assets?), upon completion of the Acquisition. In the event of a default on the bond, any remaining Tax Assets are backed by the Norwegian Government and can be used by bond holders to partially recoup any shortfall in the bond issue. The maturity date of the Bonds is 9 January 2024. The coupon rate will be 3 months NIBOR* plus 8.25 per cent. The Bonds are targeted to be listed on the Oslo Børs within 6 months. My comments :------- The Brage Field purchase is a Green go-ahead. Excellent deal. Short term Bond backed by Norway government. Monday is Green Rex. | ||

We had to close the books within three days after promotion to prospective investors was kicked off by financial adviser ABG Sundal Collier ASA. I would like to congratulate our colleagues in Lime Petroleum on taking another step closer to transforming the company from pure oil exploration to full-fledged oil exploration and production.?

Picked up some in past 2 days. I bet on the post covid open-up and oil demand jump. Will put in drawer for a while and see. The cashflow improvement from oil profit could be substantial if the P& L story comes true... other good things could follow once cash comes in. |

Did it go up from yesterday's 189/190/191....oh....and those bot between 191 to 193 the other day . ..did you make at high 196/197 yesterday and how about today...see $ just take or wait for afternoon cheong UP? Q lines are not high....can go down below 190 again...or go Up past 20....? I think got chance for BB push uP past 200. Congrats to those who bot on dips.
