Current board has had several years to prove it, yet they have no concrete plan what they are going to about it. Except to said IHC is worth $0.450c n HMC is worth $0.100c on a share swap deal. It proven (no action. just says says only) , they are not upto par, to answer ssh n other interested share holders, it share value drop till $0.070c,  This time round. He in and exit all so quick so fast years ago. That was already "a hint".

Will it move up further under current situation. What you mention is just speculation.
