As of yesterday, FR hv done the SBB for ard 5.7mil shares for the mth of Mar in the midst of selling These shares unlikely fm the retails .....perhaps fm some custodian accts. They need to buy bk to replenish the shortfall and enjoy the dividend payout. Opined a strong rally is in the pipeline Better revenue/profit/dividend for FY24 in tandem of rising CPO Just my opinions only and sharing along. DYODD |

Opined that the selling culd be at the tail end or ending soon...' BB wl start buying bk XD May 8 ($0.037) Payment May 16 With Co doing SBB and rising CPO .... all bodes well for FR.... https://tradingeconomics.com/commodity/palm-oil Try abv link. Last year Q1, CPO below $3700 but this year Q1 CPO shot abv $4000 and now $4274 as of writing So wuld expect FR result to be better compared last year The trend is yr friend. Ride on it

Yes, and they have cash of S$163m so net debt of S$74m. Meanwhile their mkt cap is S$2.2bn, so their net debt as % of mkt cap is 3%. So, " effectively no net debt" as I said. Meanwhile, " borrowing too high is a real risk" as you said, is clearly wrong with respect to this company. |

Precisely... FR is cash rich and zero debt. Last Fri , Co also do a SBB [email protected]/35 in addition to it' s last purchases of 5376200 shares @ avg 1.35 in early mar to till date FR is a fundamentally strong Co and the artificial depression is only temporary. It wl reverse strongly once the flush is over As mentioned , CPO is rising and agurs well for FR and it' s peers. Shld see an uptick improvement vis-a-vis comparison for the forthcomng result for 1Q24 |
