 Alert Admin 		Another group of investors offering 50cents go is possible. Before that to happen potential offensive group has to collect as much shares cheaply below 44 cents. Ie price will move. No see that not likely.

Or maybe it is a possibility without any evidence. maybe one day you find out in the news that someone is offering you a 50% premium for whatever shares you have.. can' t say that this is not possible though. just that no smoke no wind now. 
but takeover play usually better go and aim wingtai, frasers properties more chance? OUE got chance bo?

Assuming he does have enough one would assume that many owners will hang up and sell because 106 cts of NAV nobody want to sell cheap. but Ren would also not want to spend a lot to buy out the rest because the higher it goes to 106 the less juicy it is. So i highly doubt it will happen. at least not anytime soon.

free cash per cash would shoot over $0.50 in 1h24.
Based off any GO in range of free cash value more realistic.

 Alert Admin 		in the enar future talks about ren doing go is just wishful thinking.
ren already control the money without go.who in the right mind will do go. that will move cash out of ren' s control.  one can see that the offer on the table is 0.32 from buy back. want to exit sell at this price. market price of 0.325/0.33 is a little better for shorts to cover. still quite stingy. they need to raise to 0.42 to cover more.
shorts are caught in that they are not able to cover. not enough shares to buy unless they raise the price. we do not know who are the shorts. those who lend out the shares are probably big holders. also no know who.
ren has a successful track record of turning yzj from a lost making business to a very profitable one will probably want to do it again with yzjfin. so far i view yoy growth as good. just need to continue to build a good records with increasing share buy back price slowly 1/2 a cents by 1/2 a cents. that will build a good price charts trend as well. 
buy within means and keep. reinvest dividend at this low price will bear good return later.

 Alert Admin 		Won' t happen lah.   It does not matter how many shares Ren and his buddies own - they are not allowed to vote.

And you need 75% of the minority shareholders to agree.   So unless the offer is super attractive, it will not go through.   This rule was introduced by SGX to protect minotiry shareholders from low ball offers from founders used in the past.

 Alert Admin 		Yes. hopefully he will continue to grow the company and provide more clarity on his future plans for yzjfh and huat for long term.
But he is 70 yrs old already, any change in leadership might have changes in their planning for the company.
