The recent brokerage restrictions to buy orders have caused the share price to fall significantly during the past 4 days by over 42%.  While we understand the management&rsquo s effort to make the efforts of the company known through the recent briefing organized by Philips Securities (the same brokerage which started to restrict buying of SED), minority retail shareholders would appreciate if the management is able to do more work to educate the market on the company updates in such times to support the share price valuation of the company.  While we understand the quantum is not significant relative to his current holdings of the company, the recent selling by CEO is not a positive sign especially after the significant increase in total number of shares by the exercise of warrants at a significant discount to market traded price.  We would appreciate more marketing publicity on the efforts of the management, and growth prospects of the   business. This will further give confidence to minority shareholders that the management and shareholders are aligned to grow the long term value of the company and support any short term selling pressure due to liquidity concerns from the buy restrictions of the brokerage houses.  We hope Mr Chan and the management understand the concerns of us minority shareholders and provide support to the market valuation of the company. As an introduction, my team and I at Financial PR are the investor relations representatives of the company.   As you may be aware, the company has been working to keep the local investment community abreast of its various developments. Like you have mentioned, the company has stepped up its communications efforts toward shareholders and the general investment public with various initiatives such as participating in media interviews, investor non-deal roadshows and conference calls.   As for the rationale for the recent sale of personal shares by Mr Chan, one of the objectives was to generate liquidity and create more shareholders in the market at a lower price. Additionally, every dollar that was received from the sale was also used to exercise the warrants in the company that he held.   Taking a step back, we would like to highlight that the debt that SeD owed to Mr Chan had previously been converted into equity in the form of SeD warrants. As such, the company&rsquo s balance sheet had actually improved due to the conversion of debt into equity, positioning SeD&rsquo s balance sheet more favourably for future M& As that are geared towards enhancing long-term shareholder value. This has helped the Group to execute various corporate initiatives, including the recent proposed US$50.0 million share swap with NYSE-listed Document Security Systems.   We do however appreciate your valuable feedback and recommendations which we will definitely take a closer look at moving forward. Anyway, don't think anyone expect them to make money in half year. 2nd half will be profit if they take into account the gain in disposal of Biomedical units. Will the disposal, maybe the operating losses will be reduced as expenses will no longer be incurred on Biomedical businesses.
