 Alert Admin 		You can add one more - the departure of ID Mr Chan Soo Sen in Feb 2019, just a few weeks before release of results. Not a major point though, because IDs leave all the time, just a very small warning sign.

Hahaha the bro in law quit lol. Too late already . I already mention before that when this short sellers target best world months ago , they must be confident with evidence . Actually all the warning signs are there . Timeline to escape number :
1. DBS analyst suspends coverage citing no visibility on sales .
2. Business times article question BWL business practices
3. Multiple analyst also suspends coverage
4. Straits Times questioning BWL practices
5. BR release report on BWL fraudulent sales transaction with on site visit .( Now they say they have more evidence yet to release)

5 chances before the share price collapse . 5 chance to escape above $2.50. I try to convince those who have to sell first . This suspension is going to be real long or might be even permanent once CAD is involved . Worst still , private investigations now reveal BWL still conducting MLM on their products . If China authorities investigate, the problem might be even more serious . I can only pray for the best for these people .

No point trying to explain to these posts. SGX has identified the elephant in the room, the brother-in-law. I' m sure a can of worms will appear once we dig further. I' m willing to bet that within 48 hours, someone in a high position in BW will say he/she needs to " spend more time with the family" or " pursue other interests"

 Alert Admin 		It just crossed my mind that perhaps the short sellers, being so professional, must have already contacted the Chinese authorities on the alleged MLM activities. Even if their are no wrong doings (please note that no one is 100% white to be successful in China), any serious disruptions could have the same effects.

 Alert Admin 		Some of sales rep did it i think but sales rep are not linked to BWL directly. If got caught, the individual sales rep kena. Of course longer run, BWL reputation also tarnished

 Alert Admin 		Amway has been doing MLM selling all these while since 2000 and they were many complaints but the Authority has been keeping one eye close and open although they banned MLM.   This is because Amway did not engage in pyramid sellings.   Commission is paid based on goods sold and there is no benefit in recruiting more members. If WBL is doing the same as AMWAY,   then nothing to worry but there were evidence showing that they were not.   That is worrying. Better wait for official investigation if any.

When CAD step in you will know how serious it' s...
Non-compliance with Co legislation, SGX ' s listing manual....non discloure of interests, etc, whether knowingly or unknowingly.
Breach of director' s duties may face civil liability in a lawsuit, criminal penalties and/or be subject to removal from the company.

 Alert Admin 		Sgx first time should check thier cash. If their cash are real, at least there is something to back them up. If thet are not corporative, sgx csn ask CAD to step in. Why check on china sales? Can sgx do it accurately?

actually, i think if one can 忍 , better dun play. the upside is limited but downside very likely.

i m still vested but if things worsen e.g. finance dept start to run away, independent directors start to quit etc, i will also sell.

1) I puzzled why the founders don' t use their own money to do share buyback

MY VIEW on share buyback is a sham. WHO HAS THE GREATEST INTEREST FOR SHARE PRICE. FOUNDERS or SHAREHOLDERS.

To demonstrate the management confident . ASK THEM USE THEIR OWN MONEY. LOOK at spackman keeps saying share undervalue and NON of the management dares to buy even at this CHEAP price

I tried to search the website and all i can find is
1) [email protected] for feedback on regulatory matter on listed co.
2) [email protected], which is listed as others and directed to Head of internal audit.

I' ve actually email asksgx before on another company and all i got was a standard reply and that' s it.

Personally I dont think BWs top of the range product can sell that well in China.

The poor cant afford and the rich buy Only top US, Europe and Japanese brands.

Ask around you office and see if any of the ladies are using this Dr. brand.

The rich ladies buy SKII or other international brands, me too.
