A high distribution yield of more than 10% on improving business economics will be an irresistable potent combination even on a short term of one year. If 2Q results can confirm that the fortunes of APTT has indeed turned better, then this run in unit price may continue more and even at unit price of $0.65 is still having an attractive distribution yield of 10% based on company' s distribution guidance for the rest of the year. Then, this will work out to be a no brainer profitable investment at least for this year bearing two potent combination of an attractive distribution yield on improving business economics. Watch their 2Q financial results too for further updates.
