Pretty sure there are many other instances of net cash companies that got into trouble. Not suggesting that BW will be one, just saying that net-cash alone is not 100% guarantee you are safe. Anyway, Bonitas has never argued that the balance sheet is weak, instead Bonitas is alleging that profits are overstated, which is plausible especially if your key customer is a related party. In any case, good luck to all participants, whether long or short.
