But if 2H2022 annouce at least 40sen dividend again will definitely be a catalyst.

 Alert Admin 		Reasonable set of results from RS and believe should improve gg fwd.
Eps 1Q22 is about 2.4c. Full year est to be 9.5 to 10c.
Current PE about 8 times. Historical PE about 12 to 15 times.

Watch out for UG 3Q22 results to be out on Thurs.
Eps for 1H22 is about 3.4c.
Current price at 22c and using eps 6.8c for FY22, PE is just above 3 times.

Looking at the latest Quarter results announcement by the other glove manufacturers (Hartalega and Kossan), we can now see the strong differentiation in RS.

Q1 2022
RS : Revenue 402m, Net profit 109m
Kossan : Revenue 690m, Net profit 90m
Hartalega : Revnue 968m, Net profit a loss of 198m (due mainly to tax provision)

Compared to Q4 2021, RS' s result is the only one which can maintain the same margin. Revenue and net profit were 410m and 110m respectively.
Kossan' s net profit dipped from 219m to 90m, revenue dropped from 924m to 690m.
Hartelega' s net profit was 256m to a loss of 198m(due mainly to tax provision), revenue decreased slightly from 1,005m to 968m.

MALAYSIAN glove maker Riverstone Holdings : AP4 -0.66% on Tuesday (May 10) posted a net profit of RM108.7 million (S$34.5 million) for the first quarter ended Mar 31, 2022, about one-fifth of the RM522.7 million net profit it booked in the year before.
 
Average selling prices of healthcare gloves have come off the historic highs of Q1 2021. With the majority of the world adopting an endemic approach to Covid-19, demand for personal protection equipment, including the group&rsquo s healthcare examination glove products, has normalised, the group noted in its bourse filing.
 
The normalisation trend has been evident since Q4 2021 and has carried through Q1 2022, it added.
 
Revenue was RM402.3 million, down from RM1 billion. Gross profit fell to RM154.5 million from RM708.3 million.
 
Cash and cash equivalents that stood at RM1.7 billion at the end of March will be partially used for the group&rsquo s expansion plans, which were delayed in 2021. The group&rsquo s next phase of expansion plans in 2022, for production lines on existing land, will increase glove production capacity by 1.5 billion pieces through 7 production lines. This will make for an annual output of 12 billion pieces of gloves.
 
Riverstone acquired an additional parcel of industrial land in Bukit Beruntung in Selangor in January 2021. It spans 6,740.76 square metres, and will support the expansion of production capacity for cleanroom gloves as well as its operations.
 
Both the average selling prices and volume of cleanroom gloves have remained similar to that of the previous quarter, the filing noted.
 
Wong Teek Son, executive chairman and chief executive officer of Riverstone Holdings, said that the demand for such gloves will continue to grow as more applications are being manufactured in cleanroom environments.
 
&ldquo As a market leader for cleanroom gloves, we work hand-in-hand with our clients, who are global leaders in their respective fields, to develop these gloves to their very exacting requirements. We will continue to improve on our cleanroom glove production capabilities through research and innovation,&rdquo he added.

 Alert Admin 		Solid set of results. With the cleanroom gloves providing strong profits to the company and expected to continue growing, the next few quarters are likely to be even better than this quarter. This is turning to be a good dividend stock and value play. All the best to all holders!

Result is out. Similar earning to last quarter 4Q2021. Indeed show sign of whatever saying of more player flooded into cleanroom product is untrue. If so will see cleanroom glove asp drop significantly like healthcare glove did.
Still positive increment of cashflow, good sign that the 40sen dividend is coming on 1H2022. 40sen if translate to sgd is around 13c.
Almost 17% from current price? If price show sign of settling down looks like I am going to add somemore.
Let see any joker jump out n mention 1Q22 big difference from 1Q21....😂 🤣 No way u can replicate 1Q21 earning... Too stellar....
