But unless SeD can find some sophisticated investors or Biomedical companies to sell its stake and do the conversion, it will not get a good price, and will just depressed DSS sp just like SeD get by the continuing conversion of the warrants and disposal of shares. After the exchange, SeD will have around 10% and can exercise up to 7.2m DSS share from the preferential share allocated. SeD can hold upto a max of 19.9% but SeD can sell in the market to get cash   and TOP up from the preferential share just like what mr Heng is doing with SeD.
