Yes I am fully vaccinated. I had visited the dentist recently and somehow some water entered my lungs , so I had a bit of breathing problem then. I realised how difficult it would be for covid patients. Fortunately I am okay now.

Take care Richardial. Have you got your vaccination? More people are being vaccinated by our govt . Symptoms are reduced when a person is vaccinated.Keep healthy and away from crowds. Things should be ok. Tmr less people will be out as they are aware of the situation..basically the KTV and Jurong Fishery port formed the 2 largest clusters....but the MOH are in control...testing, monitoring, treating,keeping public informed.

I' m afraid that after tomorrow with the public holiday of Hari Raya Haji the number of infections will be up ! I do hope people will be more careful as now this variant spreads easily. It is very hard to breathe when the lung is congested with fluids etc ...and difficult to get proper sleep ( the heart will not get a break to rest either ). |

UG Seremban EMCO ending July 22nd. A little temporary closure...UG will recover the loss after 22nd July due to capacity increase fr 2.9b to 3.4b.....UG currently on EMCO from July 9th to 22nd..... production resume after that...catching up after 22nd July....by June 30th their gloves production have increased from 2.9b to 3.4b pieces of gloves.... a natural buffer.....to cushion the loss during the EMCO. Announcement today via their website ( https://ughealthcarecorporation.listedcompany.com/news.html/id/2342743) UPDATE ON COVID-19 SITUATION IN THE GROUP& rsquo S MANUFACTURING DIVISION IN MALAYSIA The board of Directors (the & ldquo Board& rdquo ) of UG Healthcare Corporation Limited (the & ldquo Company& rdquo and together with its subsidiaries, the & ldquo Group& rdquo ) refers to the Company& rsquo s announcement dated 28 June 2021 (the & ldquo 28 June Announcement& rdquo ), and wishes to provide a further update on the Covid-19 situation in the Group& rsquo s upstream manufacturing division located in Malaysia. The district of Seremban, Malaysia where the Group& rsquo s upstream manufacturing division is located, has been placed under Enhanced Movement Control Order (& ldquo EMCO& rdquo ) by the Malaysian government from 9 to 22 July 2021. The Group& rsquo s manufacturing operations will therefore be temporarily halted in compliance with the EMCO. The temporary closure will result in a further reduction in productivity by approximately 80 million pieces of gloves or 2.35% of the Group& rsquo s annual production capacity. This is on top of the estimated productivity loss announced in the 28 June Announcement, bringing the total reduction in productivity to approximately 165 million pieces of gloves or 4.85% of the Group& rsquo s annual production capacity of 3.4 billion pieces of gloves. The Group operates an integrated business comprising of an upstream manufacturing division and a downstream distribution division to market and sell disposable gloves under its proprietary & ldquo Unigloves& rdquo brand. Therefore, it has better control and management on the fulfilment of orders to its customer base. During the financial year ended 30 June 2021, the Group has expanded production capacity from 2.9 billion pieces of gloves to 3.4 billion pieces of gloves, which acts as a natural buffer during this time. The Group remains committed to ensure that its customers have the required inventory to meet their needs. The Group will update shareholders on material developments as and when they arise. Selangor EMCO ended 16th July Fri night. So the Glove factories at Selangor can restart their production. Restoring supplies to their customers worldwide.
PETALING JAYA: The enhanced movement control order imposed on 34 mukim in eight districts in Selangor will end on Friday (July 16) night, says Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob. The Deputy Prime Minister said a special meeting of the National Security Council on Friday had studied the current situation and decided that there was no need to extend the enhanced MCO in Selangor. On Thursday (July 15), Ismail Sabri had announced that the enhanced MCO in all localities in Kuala Lumpur would end on Friday as scheduled. |
