Some bs analysts said max 66-67 cts valuation. Total loads of bs. Don't think mgt nor retailers are hunkering down for this kind of peanut valuation. This is a gem and strategic asset of absolute Singaporean DNA. Why is T not involved to defend is this not part of total defence? This babe is worth much much more. Believe it and it will fly.

CCCS Seeks Public Feedback On Hanwha Stake Acquisition In Dyna-MacThe Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS) is calling on the public to give feedback on Hanwha Group& rsquo s proposed acquisition of more than 50% stake in Dyna-Mac Holdings (Dyna-Mac) for $0.60 per share.The acquisition aims to secure management control of Dyna-Mac for Hanwha Aerospace and Hanwha Ocean. To take management control of Dyna-Mac, Hanwha must acquire more than 50% of its shares. Currently, Hanwha holds a 25.4% stake in Dyna-Mac Holdings. Hanwha said that the parties do not overlap in the supply of any goods or services in Singapore. Hanwha also said that there is a limited vertical relationship between them as Dyna-Mac engages in the fabrication of offshore topside modules, whilst Hanwha, through Hanwha Ocean, engages in the construction of offshore plants. Dig in our heels & don' t sell cheaply. If DM is doing well, I see no reason to sell. Looking at the events unfolding, the Koreans will definitely upz their offer if DM performs so well that they regret not offering higher. Meanwhile, we should just enjoy the ride up and hopefully rewarded with good divvy along the journey. The time to sell is NEVER! |

Share price already reached 60c before the offer. I think it was pushed down to make the 60c offer more palatable. In my opinion, retail would be injuring themselves by accepting this low ball offer. At 25+% holding, they have no chance of success unless retail massively sell to them. Just my opinion, please dyodd.
