So the company Alpha Energy managed to negotiate and opened back for trading this suspended stock, as it is no use to point fingers at anyone. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I just come to know alpha through the thread here. Just puzzled why they issued rights at such dirt cheap price of just more than 1 cts to raise a meagre sum of money. The dilution of shares and cheap price dont make sense at all. seriously doubt the management can see through the Mustang project rather using it as an icon to raise money for their spendings. Probably last few days they were drinking with the lenders and celebrating for their first round of success. Dont ever dream this share will be like Rex soar to 20cts!! At best 5 cts!!! Reason simple.....huge load of shares and huge debts!!! Final chapter could be like Ezion......I ve picked up the shares but doubt the sincerity of their management. They were formerly Jade Tech.....sold off their electronic arm and show hand on an oil field far far away....can blow hot and cold at their whimps and fancy. Buyers beware!!!

While Mustang may be wrong in his analysis or he may not know how to fundamentally analyze, it is still up to YOU to decide if he is right or wrong. You don' t go around shooting people down just cause they shared their view and you follow them blindly. There' s always extreme bulls or extreme bears. Up to YOU to decide which one to follow. Follow already if wrong then don' t criticize people. WED, JUN 26, 2019 - 5:36 PM CATALIST-LISTED Alpha Energy Holdings has proposed a S$21.1 million rights issue to continue funding its Mustang oilfield project in Alaska and pay off a Mustang-related loan, it said on Wednesday. The rights issue constitutes 200 per cent of its existing share capital and 66.7 per cent of its enlarged share capital. It will issue a total of 1.5 billion new shares, at two rights shares for every existing share and an issue price of S$0.014 per rights share. This represents a roughly 74 per cent discount to the weighted average price of S$0.054 per share on June 10, the last trading date of the shares prior to the day of the announcement. The exercise will raise net proceeds of S$12.1 million, as besides paying for fees and expenses related to the exercise, the company will use S$8.4 million to pay off a term loan from Alaska Tembusu that was used for the Mustang oilfield project's first oil funding needs. HendriJB think this is their first defaulted loan, and I think Bank usually give one chance for Alpha Energy to pay up and start trading again. But if Alpha does not pay then ING Bank will confiscate their assets. I still have positive feeling for Alpha Energy Co will give us their next good news.

His news info have convinced me to stay on this stock. Manipulators only share good news. The people here like him say he is knowledgeable. No skills from technical to fundamental analysis. Only a few have this skill. Not open to alternative questions which might dampen their hope. Guys, we can never be attached to a stock emotionally hoping it will go up. Once you do that you lose. Most important new people who join here like myself and got hook into the baseless hope and emotions attachment, don't listen to most of them. Waste your time This is a warning

I've bought this since 26 and went up to 44, when I am determining is it time to sell by asking real questions like sure the finances are good or technicals selling seems like the chart is weak already at around 38-36, all I get is personal attack that I'm a shortist and questioning my question because to the majority if I long, I shouldn't be negative. I thought a forum is to have constructive discussion on blind spots. Instead of shooting me personal attack, you all should go double check on Financials to know if they over borrow or missed out a payment / analyze again the technicals. Those hopeful people only listen to words that comfort them despite the truth being shared. Please guys, you all continue like that you all sure lose money one.
