It would be viable to spin-off some commercial assets to list them and extract full value for all shareholders. This should be considered the best options and YL has some interesting assets as some mentioned. Many has complaint on YL has not paid any dividends at all since listing... If truly a spin-off going to take place , this could be the best   " dividend" to all those loyal shareholders holding on to YL for years ! Hope some big news coming
