Finally, I am reading some objective POV here. Just received their Annual report. Saw two young punks added up still younger than me. How to trust? Well, not the age that counts. But so far, not so promising for me. I agree with u, they should stick to the core business, cut costs (inc cut their own salaries).....I will also be voting against them. But my share only 50 lots for egm. Hope all turn up and ask them questions such as how much they paid themselves. Btw, the bb Name is in the top shareholder list. Lol. So gung rung now.

If the management cannot show that it can improve current share price, there is no reason for shareholders to give them money to invest in other business. They simply have not proven themselves. I would rather they keep status quo and maintain only the Thai oil field as its only investment. To cut costs, management team should be streamlined since they need not do much being just 20% shareholder of the Thai oil field. I would vote against placing shares for the new business and against the issuing of rights at EGM. Hope all vote the same way as I do. |

I think their thai asset fully use to repay their loans for the forseable future..... so maybe no money to pay their other needs... |

Wish loyz well. Cos it seems many stucked here Who appear to rally and cheer this bugger. I maintain 1 cent the price to enter. If brave, 1.1. Nil paid rights impasse and ex rights remain stucked at 1.1/1.2 and worst case scenario 0.5 (if Geopolitical turn sour and Super negative). May have occasional sparks as mgt may release some ?good news? from ?new business?. But don?t get carried away. Yes, my views. (Anal list or analyst who cares). This belongs to junk like rpg.
