The input new management could be buying shares from open market to a substantial volume or percentile before the deal is firmed and final announcement output. So, it is a normal phoenomenom for a abnormal trade. Second possibility could be a down side of the news. If this is so, the next 2-3 days volume will tell the story. Hence, I suggest a close observation is needed before going in. Otherwise, speculators will get burn easily. Final conclusion is, I doubt the China Tian Cheng is likely to happen and the hope fall unto the first scenario quoted in their last announcement.
