Bumi Serpong Damai (BSDE) Raup Rp 6.8 Trillion Sales Marketing Throughout 2015 

Bisnis.com,    JAKARTA - PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk.  (BSDE) posted revenue of pre-sale or pre-sales amounted to Rp6.8 trillion in 2015.

Director of Bumi Serpong Damai, Hermawan Wijaya, said the number grew 3.83% compared with the period mengimbuhkan 2014. He contributed as much as 70.1% of revenues from the sale of property in the area of ​ ​ BSD City, Serpong.

" This increase indicates that we have prepared product won the trust of consumers for its quality and superiority as a residential or investment," he said in a press release received Bisnis.com, Sunday (24/01/2016).

Besides BSD City, pre-sales revenue also contributed by property projects in Grand Wisata Bekasi, Kota Wisata Cibubur, Banjar Wijaya Park, and Grand City Balikpapan.

By segment, revenue from sales of residential property reached Rp4.4 trillion, exceeding the target of Rp4.2 trillion.  Meanwhile, property sales in the commercial segment recorded Rp2.4 trillion.

Hermawan said, this year the company is going to continue the development of residential and commercial projects.
