x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	$Imperium Crown(5HT.SI)  Why I am bullish about Imperium? 1. Some people are concerned that Imperium is paying $50+ mil for GEM, which has a NTA of $2 mil only. This is also pointed out in an article by THE EDGE. However, the most important value of GEM is its 50 years operating rights for Wonder Stone Park in Shandong and this operating rights is considered intangible assets and cannot be included in the calculation of NTA. The company should come out and clarify this. 2. Wonder Stone Park in Linyi County in Shandong is a legit tourist attraction, and not SHADY. In fact, it is quite established and well-known already. Just google and you will find out more. The attraction met with some troubles recently and its 4A grading from China tourism board is suspended due to toilets that are not up to standard. Precisely why the attraction needs a professional property management company to turn it around.  3. Recent placement of $0.125 per share. Most placements I had seen are below the last traded share price, but Imperium managed to secure a premium over last traded share price. This shows a lot about investor confidence. 4. Current book value of $50+ million. Even if we liquidate Imperium now and distribute everything, it is worth more than $0.10 per share. Total shares only 489 million. And with another $37.5 million cash coming in from the placement above, each share is worth around $0.115 at least -- book value $90 million and 789 million shares. 5. Last but not least, the company is likely to announcement more strategic investors and collaborations soon.

Lots of shorties bought borrowed shares..... I wouldn' t want to be the last returning the borrowed shares.
