If not how to ensure the manufacturers install the software in the first place? Then comes the cost of implementation, if its too expensive, will these big electronics manufacturer create their own in-house systems instead? My other worry is if the US customer is uncomfortable with a software that can auto-lock their devices given their propensity for individual rights and freedom. What if a hacker takes control of DISA, locks the device and extorts the user? Also, if theft is an issue, why not just do the retail sales like how google or apple sells online credits instore? Just put a reusable scanable card on a rack and then deliver the item, post-payment, at a customer service counter?

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If one is not greedy,   it is clear from the beginning it is a setup andrewyap007      ( Date: 24-Jan-2017 19:34) Posted: This CEO is always rigging stocks.   Recall Serial.or earlier equation Top..   Still got people trust him.   The whole chart look like one big manupulation.   Even the trading halts are all planned so that when the prices topped , his kaki   sell.   and to make sure no other Short sellers kill this stocks and .profit,   he uses trading halts , he scared them   and squeezed them to buy back at higher price from him.   Look at the reason for the run up.   what nonsense this DiSA?.   it is so yesterday news...released last year for heaven sake and ok some body buying it.   collecting for this planned run up. guess who?   Now suddenly the stock shoots up and the trading halt is DiSA.   What rubbish announcement is this cut and paste news from last year.   One year old   news release got to do with the stock run? If SGX allows naked selling,   all this manipulation will not be possible.   So many people with common sense will challenge this price .   My 2cents worth trading smell rigging all over and design to make investors poorer.
