Mr Sun Quan is deemed interested in 4,872,568,256 ordinary shares of the Company owned by Oriental Straits Fund III (" OSFIII" ) by virtue of his directorship and controlling interest in the fund manager of OSFIII. 2. Prior to the transaction, Mr Sun Quan was deemed interested in 113,098,060 ordinary shares of the Company owned by CIGL by virtue of his directorship and ultimate shareholding of CIGL. 3. Following the transaction, Mr Sun Quan is deemed interested in an aggregate of 4,872,568,256 ordinary shares of the Company by virtue of paragraphs 1 and 2 above.

I suspect they hold at this range to sell before China Govt get involve in cleansing this sector. Bad impact on those China link Developers in Singapore. Banks in China exposure to this property sector will be badly hurt too.
