Riverstone is consolidating within a possible ascending right angle triangle(blue arrow and labelled points) consisting 4 up/down waves and a eventualy break($1.52) to the upside on the 5 wave.The  measuring objective will be the height of the triangle (green arrow). Until we see a break above $1.52 or else no pattern can be confirm.

Interest cost should be very much high for the borrowing of scrips by short sellers. SGX only wants to create more trade volume so that they can make more money and keep the market alive I think.
