In another bourse filing on Thursday, Temasek Holdings revealed that it had sold 629,500 shares through Fullerton Fund Management for S$1.9 million via market transaction.

Its deemed interest declined from 40.02 per cent to 39.96 per cent of total number of voting shares.

Following the disposals, Temasek' s deemed interest in Sats is 39.7 per cent held via Venezio 0.03 per cent via SIA 0.1 per cent via DBS and 0.1 per cent via Fullerton.

the big boys are pressing down to force SATS management to abandon the acquisition

however, what if the acquisition is needed to write off bad debts and cook the books ?

sometimes i wonder how does a food company in Singapore can have such a high share price of 4 dollars selling food for only SIA and Singapore armed forces ?

i mean logically speaking the valuation was weird for this counter to begin with, the skeletons are now getting out of the closet since interest rates are risin
