Maybe they see value in Ezion and pledge the shares to the lenders for the write off of 916M Usd loans. Total share capital for ezion at this juncture is 3.7 Billion shares and with this 22.5B, altogether there will be 26 billion shares. Just hope that yinson will have a moratarium on the subscribed shares or else mkt will really be flooded with ezion shares.
