No details on the agreement with the Fund Company. What the amount to be funded, what the share of the arbitration proceds? When will the arbitration proceed? What happened to previous attempts to recover the amounts lost? Just quoted, a thrid party report on the arbitration and the sum. The Co if its has the details should disclose? Where is the arbitration Centre - Singapore? |
