Yes, I concur. If Chng is stupid we are ALL STUPID. He is probably, maybe, Alex " Harvard" Chng, only then you can get the skins in the game.

My take is that that when (not IF) CHNG enters vibropower board, he will bring with him fellow super millionaires, fellow skins in the games, his army of property agents, all of whom will dedicate their life and soul to vibro. My two cents.

There is obviously value in Vibropower but the lackluster performance of the current board is probably an indication that change is needed.

My take is that If CHNG enters Vibropower board, he will likely bring more directors and talents on board to steer the Group forward.

CHNG has proven his value to all. With his reputation, money, looks on the line..he has much to lose if vibropower dun do well.

We the skins will never stop fighting, the voice for all shareholders. We are confident. How many people can do what Chng has done?

On the point of who is more motivated..I agreed. Current board do not care about vibropower as they only came in after CHNG. Before that they were sleeping

There is value in Vibropower otherwise why would people tussle for it...question here is who is more motivated to unlock value for shareholders?

To me...CHNG holds the most promise because his reputation and money on the line. For CEO Benedict Chen and the current board...we can see the events that have unfolded...
1. issue share placement at discount
2. CEO continue to enjoy same salary/benefits while company performance is on the downtrend
3. hire lead independent director to take on lawsuit against others...
