I will do one on MCT and most reits essentially move in tandem amid some will outperfom and some will underperform, that you have to do your own due deligent. I have divided MCT with 3 horizontal line into lower, mid and upper price levels. We wont focus on the two shaded areas of high and low pre and post pandemic level as its unlikely to go back down to the lows but there will be chance to revisit the high when majority of our popullations  around the world are vaccinated and a return to a new normal. MCT has now move to zone A the upper range as we begin to recover from early pandemic to a slow re openning of our borders but upside has been capped by concern over higher interest rate and a resurgence of covid cases of new variants that delaying our progress to open up the economy. We are likely to trade within zone A with a bias of a gradual move higher above zone A to revisit the pre  covid high is my current opinion base on what I can see on the assumption of eventual new normal. Of course if there are no unforseen circumstances from the US market, although it seem to have stabalise or a new more deadly virus. All the bre@st.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Comfort Delgro - TAXI Before this resurgence of covid cases and a return to phase 2 I thought this TAXI is going north like in May 2014(green arrow), because Comfort had 8 or 9 consecutive up week before this current sell-off. If not ready to park your funds in a laggard then this TAXI is not a good ride for you as I do not know how long this covid is going to pressure this TAXI. Trading it is still ok if one can find the range. A narrower range will be between 1.45/55 to 1.70/75, a wider range will be 1.30 to 1.75, a monthly close  above 1.75 will be positive.  To return to last low of 1.30 is quite unthinkable at least for me. My horizontal is to divide where are the playing fields, upper or lower range, the green and red arrow too  suggest we stay above or below the horizontal lines. All the bre@st

So he disappeared lor. Leaving his CEO, Bro Panda to man the fort for him. But as far as I am concerned, that thread is Bro Panda' s thread lah. Bro Shangli started it only. He did nothing after that. It is like a man made a woman pregnant and then disappeared. And someone else came along, took care of the mother and the child. And raised and nurtured the child. I think OCBC is major laggard in this sector though, so if I trade banks again I will be focusing on these two. Powerful right?  And his seat warmer, Panda if lucky enough, could also move the " penny" stock, mostly down by 1 pip using my bad mouth, not the money because Panda is not a " Tua Pow" . So he took sabbatical leave to go and run his businesses first and from time to time have fun with his employees by placing a RM50 note each under a row of beer glasses to entice his employees to drink up and get paid. That' s Round 1. Round 2 will be RM100 under each beer of glass. Round 3 will be RM150. I think he ever said is max is RM200 per glass of beer. Only a very wealthy man can afford to have this type of fun with employees. But its a win-win lah. He happy. His emplyees lagi happy. Got free beer plus get paid to drink some more. Perhaps when Genting has recovered to say $1.00 then he will come back to continue from where he left off. Meantime, that thread is your thread and you should take ownership of it. Becoz if you stop posting  in that thread, that thread will up lolly immediately and the jungle will reclaim it and grow all over it until it is covered by thick vegetation and cannot be accessed anymore.  .

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Actually cannot read anything into a CEO selling the shares of his own company. Those shares could be part of his remuneration package. As long as he dont sell, he is holding on to share scrip, not currency.
