OPEC themselves are to blame as they increase production even when there are a gobal glut.........a lot of reason involved I assume...political......financial......... Just like a business war but play out in a nation scale.......

If u look at world supply demand, it is clear that supply more than demand otherwise oil would not be at this price and there will be many projects starting. O&g and marine company would not be half dead and recruitment will start. US stockpile fluctuates and they can always pump more whenever they like it. Have to see outside US
