Because ultimately, it' s our pocket that will be affected.  There may be some who genuinely believe in APTT being a lousy company, because there are articles online that reinforced their views. Those articles published when APTT was below 0.4 can still be used to generate fear and will certainly be used whenever APTT corrects. We must do own own research so that we can stay firm in whichever positions we take in a counter. The strange thing is whenever a counter surges, all good news will be requoted again and again.   When a counter dives, all bad news will be shared. By the time you react to those news, it' s probably too late as trend may be changing. E.g. bad news circulated here when APTT at 0.54 (before XD, equals to 0.52 now). My below analysis are from report and you can refer to rickmer maritime financial report in past 5 years and history development till file bankruptcy. Anyway, do your own due diligent. Debt: grow from 1.29 nil to 1.35bil in a year, never be reduced but increase, the revenue and profit margin Not improve at all. Assets: tangible assets including property and equipment which can be sold to market( but always record in best time and never impaired as per depreciation and etc) only 309mio, intangible assets( this is like noble fair value gain from contract, an assets which cannot be converted to cash but record its value from business by assumption the value of business) is 2.43bil. So? Avoid after this round bounce. Why? Look at the expenses and profit margin, increase and decrease. Look at debt, increasing. Look at cash flow? Always not enough. So? What next? Cash will be burning continually, debt will be increasing. Then, one day, debt maturity come, what happen? Look at rickmer maritime and noble will do. Again, based on TA, Price should not cross 56 after 60 was set as high after this bounce. If it happen and come down from 56. We will see 40+ again within 6 months. This imply you potentially to lose your money if you buy at 56 or a downtrend from 56. Then next 2-3 years, debt maturity come, a right issue will be expected to be raised at lower price to pay debt. And then, another debt maturity come, a loan restructuring or bankruptcy protection will be filed to dilute further. EB has written another story after noble and Ezion for next 1-2 years.
