While news is flowing for example if suspension lifted after China sales is confirmed true and changsa is not Brother in law , then there will still be unanswered question of where it is MLM. 3. Current holders will risk off and square off position adding to selling pressure of short sellers. Coupled with no ?long term demand? it will still flow downwards till a very over sold position . 4. People who jump in currently are Traders. As Long they don?t intend to hold Long term they will create selling pressure as it goes up.. 5. Once hit oversold position and Long term holders come in then we will have a bounce up.. whether that bounce will be sustainable is if there is no more bad news or attacks.. Classic example is noble : down to 10 cents Super over sold.. goldilocks come in all the way to 60 cents.. but can?t sustain because more attacks and the books start to open up with real figures..
