tho ytd' s pc at 38.0c, there was huge buy ups of 1.75mil sh at 38.5. likely not from peanut retailers but bbs. they might break the 40c barrier next week, june. stay watch the tussle btw kateds and bbs. not for contra. just opnn, dyodd.

Vietnam had initially offered feed-in tariffs ranging from 7.09 to 9.35 U.S. cents per kWh for solar energy, valid for 20 years, to attract investment and support the country' s shift to renewable energy. However, the government now wants to pay in local currency at a rate equal to 4.7 U.S. cents per kWh&mdash a cut of 34% to 50%, depending on the exchange rate. Most affected projects are solar farms, and many investors have reported delayed or reduced payments from the state utility Electricity Vietnam (EVN). These delays stem from a government review claiming that key documentation&mdash the construction completion acceptance (CCA)&mdash was missing, despite not being required at the time. |

a limping bull that crawl 1 step fwd, gostan half step backward, limping to find that elusive pot of black gold. but overall still got progress, cos 2 months ago 28 march, price was 33c, 1 mth ago 28 apr was 35.5c, now 28 may is 37.5c. pessimists can say whatever they want, but as long as geo is moving fwd, that' s all that matters. who cares. tho siong for some forumers watching the stock limping din don day in day out, in spite of all what chair melati' s proud projection of US$Bil biz when super infrstruct compl in a yr' s time. consolation is konsi distrib non stop qtrly div collection (like 30% profit sharing). just remember this fri got 1q div pay out, better than last yr' s 1q payout. cheers!.
