However, most FIs would not be purchasing shares on SGX watchlist in their proprietary or treasury approach.  Perhaps the exception would be the higher risk tolerant houses, such as equity mutual funds or certain hedge funds.  Even then, a watchlist-ed stock will not be a significant part of the portfolio for their own fiduciary duty to the various stakeholders.  That is why it is instrumental Oceanus exits the watchlist before any significant gains can be made.
