My snipers and I were all SHORT in her recently at 7.40 region when she ran up to 7.75 and had our boys pinned down by a rapid fire machine gun. That machine gun was damn powderful...held my boys ransom in their foxholes for more than a month. Finally, the British Army came and becoz of them, that machine gun was overrun and me and my boys all got out of our SHORTS when the British pushed the Bulls back to retreat to the 7.20s. My boys and I covered at 7.28 to 7.30 region. I collected around 3200 eggs nett for that campaign after less soldier' s wages and ammo costs. My snipers and I were all hoping to see the Bull army further pushed back to below 7.00. 6.90 is the first Pit-Stop to collect LONGs. If that Pit Stop kena overrun, then 6.80 is next and every 10 bids lower. Last Low was 6.60. Beyond 6.60 is uncharted waters. We would have loved to see the Bulls pushed back to such LOWs but no chance. That' s why we decided to wait no more and go LONG at the 7.20s and 7.30s. But at this level, play small. Mobilise Platoons. Not commit a Company of men.  Thanks for sharing your other counters. I see common ground there. Er... looks like our discussion is not confined to ST Engrg. We are spilling over to any other counters which can make money for us. So can I suggest that we move our discussion to The Trading Floor which is not a thread for any specific counter but a thread for any counter. That way, we dont Ka Chiaw those who feel that discussions here should be confined to ST Engrg. Previously, few strike all at 6.8 to 6.9 range. Currently, our army focus mainly on Capitaland, OCBC, Suntec, ST Eng, Singtel & M1. And some others not so active ones, just to collect dividend or attack high risk high gain area.

As long as conditions are still favourable, reload at a higher price is fine with me. That' s what we traders do. For investors, you prefer to BUY & HOLD. Different strokes for different folks.
