Also noticed that the past few trading days, BB is shorting CNMC despite record after record gold price. It more like flashing out weak holders so as to accumulate more shares. CNMC doesn' t has a large pool of floating shares, so the only way is to instill fear in this unstable market so that they can accumulate cheaply. Anyway not everyone is so gullible that why CNMC still rising at slower pace. A lot of thing can fake but the daily historic record gold price can' t! Protect ur wealth n invest in Gold, the only real value that never change for the last 5,000 yrs. | ||||

At this rate, avg selling price for this half could go around 3.1-3.3k. Coming earnings call in Aug might be able to see 3-4c eps and maybe around 2c dividends. All this is assuming a conservative average increased volume of 10%. | ||||

Gold price is likely to increase in the three months from the current level, according to predictions made by Citi Research. Citi Research has raised its gold rate target for the next three months to $3,500 per ounce from $3,200, driven by fresh gold buying from Chinese insurers and safe-haven flows amid tariff risks and market weakness. " We think gold is likely to be in an extremely rare physical deficit at present, meaning prices need to rise in order to get stockholders to sell to clear the market," analysts at Citi said in a note. China' s recent move to let 10 insurers allocate up to 1 per cent of their total assets to gold could generate annual demand of around 255 tonnes, equal to roughly a quarter of total global central bank buying, Citi said. |
