SBB is good when company/market prospects is bright and have ample reserves. Now whether the storm will transform to hurricane is anyone guess..

 Alert Admin 		How much reserves the company have now? Why last quarter incurred losses when now is still endemic? What future would   company face? Next 6months to 12 months will the situation improve or still making losses given all negative news regarding on energy prics, freight charges, inflation, interest hikes, labour shortages and salaries increases, possibility of war escaltion, customers' desire and needs to stockpile (customers also facing as what mentioned above), Credit Sussie issues which may have a big domino effect globally etc just to name a few
in my opinion, it' s better to keep the spare cash for future unforeseen circumstances. If company doing SBB now and prices still going down, next 12 months declare financial difficulties, what will you do? Offload or question why Perform SBB?

 Alert Admin 		Precisely, share buy back is to be done during downtrend for ceo to show his support. If is up trend market price going up then no need share buy back already. Big fish & shark i guessing u mean the speculators, those are out of company control, is talking about company mangement proper action now

 Alert Admin 		Dividend for 2022 is also pathetic. Since already give pathetic dividends should do more share buy back to increase investor confidence.

 Alert Admin 		How much cash do they have? Around US$39.46 millions?  I think if they put them in US Bonds (2yrs 4.316%, 5yrs 4.181% as of now), they can generate some good profits almost risk free.

 Alert Admin 		In 3Q22, 46 primary-listed companies bought back shares with a total consideration of S$586 million, bringing the total buyback consideration for the first nine months of 2022 to S$1.54 billion, up c.150% from S$609 million for the same period in 2021.

After the share price plunged 95%, if the ceo is capable and think that the company is good, if the price is really so cheap and good, should have share buy back to at least push back the share back to 0.25, 0.5, 0.8... but look what the ceo been doing
