x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	FR needs to sell by end of this year and as funds typically close their book by mid-Dec, I have a feeling their last tranche will be sold to a single party. Could it be Keppel? Bear in mind Keppel needs to do a GO if this is so. The alternative is FR requesting for an extension for selling, which is typically 1 year. This will be an awful scenario because 2018 is gonna be wasted for the longs.

Generally for most of the stock price, Singapore Stock Exchange is a dead market and the worst in the world. Highest penny stocks listed in the exchange !! Play Hong Kong will be a better alternative to protect or increase your wealth holdings. Many of them are doing so well.
