Perisai will try ways to ' force' bondholder to take haircut but bondholder will not agree if the haircut is to become ' botak' or ' durian head' . so there will be more story to unfold....bondholder already start gathering and ready to demand bond payment. It will probably be like a life preserver with a heavy anchor attached. Even then, the loan allows only US20 mil to be used for redemption when total amount due today  is S$125 mil. How will bondholders take to this ?
