Strong and growing operating cashflows, high EBITDA margin ~45%, comfortable cash position, Temasek/Morgan Stanley as SSHs, fat dividends, stable revenue streams (watching TV is a cultural habit in Taiwan)...NAV of 87c implies ~35% discount at current price. When you consider that APTT is such a high margin, stable business you can' t help but be attracted. Only downsides to me are high debt and gearing (although interest payments @ 4.2% p.a. are comfortably covered by operating cashflows) and high CAPEX from digitization of cable TV. Overall an interesting opportunity. Hope to bag many years' worth of dividends from this one.
